Mario Bruketa
President
Mario has pursued his love for technology and people throughout his extensive worldwide journey. He obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Zagreb University, Croatia becoming the youngest assistant professor at the same university. Five years later he moved to Vienna, Austria where he worked for the University for Psychology developing technology to monitor mice brain waves. High tech in telecommunications followed with Nortel in Canada. Daimler Benz and Nortel joint venture took him to Germany where he became a founding member of Nortel Dasa responsible for development and delivery of Nortel’s portfolio for the German market with the company achieving $1B DM sales in five years. Then came California where, back at Nortel, he was responsible for the development of VoIP systems.
By 2002, he became a CEO of Italtel Inc., responsible for expanding Italtel Spa. market to North America. This post opened the doors to the venture capital world in Silicon Valley where he dealt with DCM Ventures which ultimately led to his own acquisition of INSA. By 2007, he returned to Canada and acquired INSA.
He lives in Ottawa with his wife and three children. His hobbies are piloting hot air balloons, driving race cars, and collecting European antiques.

Russ Doucet
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
For over 25 years, Russ has been working in Information Technology, with over 15 years of focus on security appliances from single installs to entire retail chains, datacenters, and large government & education deployments. Also, an accomplished trainer, Russ has delivered custom-developed as well as certified curriculum for various platforms for hundreds of security professionals over the years. With multiple Fortinet Xtreme Team technical and MVP awards and the world’s first Fortinet partner NSE 8 certification, Russ has provided sought-after security expertise in the National Capital Region and beyond, including speaking engagements and expert testimony at Provincial and Superior Court, for many years.

Garry Sekhon is an accomplished sales executive who has spent the last ten years working for various technology-focused organizations. Prior to his current role, Garry was the Director of Sales at ProntoForms, where he contributed to the company’s sales strategy and record growth. At INSA, Garry is a sales VP responsible for our education and enterprise space providing network security solutions with support packages that suit the needs of our clients.

Garry Sekhon is an accomplished sales executive who has spent the last ten years working for various technology-focused organizations. Prior to his current role, Garry was the Director of Sales at ProntoForms, where he contributed to the company’s sales strategy and record growth. At INSA, Garry is a sales VP responsible for our education and enterprise space providing network security solutions with support packages that suit the needs of our clients.
Chono Singh
Director | Operations
Chono has been working as the Director of Operations for over 10 years. She brings a wealth of administrative and leadership experience to INSA. It is fair to say that all of INSA’s clients love working with Chono. She is extremely well versed in her job, always pleasant and cheerful with a great demeanour. At some point or another, every client has asked for her assistance. With a Bachelor’s in Communications, Chono’s senior role involves managing the day to day operations of the company, which includes procurement, supply chain logistics, inventory, and price management.

Greg Macdonell is a professional sales leader with over 18 years of IT Solutions and business management experience, with an emphasis on leadership and complex solution development in the Federal Government sector. Previous to joining INSA in November 2017, Greg was the Director of Sales for Bell Business Markets leading a diverse sales team that supported the Federal Government. Throughout his 17-year tenure with Bell Canada, he has built a reputation for developing business strategies, complex managed IT solutions, and building out channel partner programs.
At INSA, as the VP Federal Government Sales, Greg is responsible for supporting the various Federal Government Partners, Agencies and Crown Corps, providing guidance on next-generation network security.

With over 25 years in the Information Technology world, Kevin has held technical installation, and management roles for Public, Private and Not-for-Profit organizations. His global experience encompasses identifying, justifying, designing, and implementing technical business solutions and includes managing teams across North America, Central and South America, Europe and Asia.
In 2003, Kevin made the career change into consultative technical sales. To date, he enjoys a successful career attributed to many satisfied customers, and years of experience partnering within Education, Enterprise, Financial Services, and Health-care. Kevin is a Sales Executive focused on being customer-centric, Kevin will deliver as promised.
